Felroy Dsouza is an Entrepreneur, Mentor, Investor, Philanthropist and Advocate of environmental sustenance with a Bachelor’s of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management and Project Management.
Further studies include at Stanford University; specializing in Corporate Entrepreneurship, New Business Ventures and Financial Management and MIT for design thinking.
His professional engineering experience includes working, advising as board member on several companies including NNSPL, Mahindra and Mahindra, Johnson & Johnson and not for profit organizations like Tandum and Allcharities.uk and several government initiatives to support social causes like drug and alcohol abuse, aged care in Australia and Africa. As part of his philosophy of giving back to society he ideated a startup incubator for regional Australia and is part of a team of contributors to promote equal education and frugal innovation for kids in Africa and Australia. Some of his accomplishments, include been the Advisory Board Chair for Engineering at St. Michaels High School and Government institutions in Australia, Portugal and India, to promote creative thinking and frugal innovation with programs on social health care, aged care and student-teacher education focused on design thinking.
Felroy’s passion for creating a sustainable ecosystem with products and services has been displayed with his participation as a speaker in several world renowned technology and social gatherings like web summit (Portugal) and national youth conference (Australia), Speaker and trainer at several accelerators like Start-Up Tasmania and in India.
Felroy’s philanthropy efforts are seen through his implementation of sustainable greenhouse projects for school kids in kenya, Africa thus mentoring teachers and students with different frugal methods to innovate and create new learning methods to address STEAM principles and put it into practice.
