Lawrence Wagner

Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Spark Mindset

Lawrence Wagner is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Spark Mindset.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Lawrence has over ten years of project management experience, along with a background in military, non-profits, high-tech business, and personal volunteerism.

Prior to Spark Mindset, Lawrence was one of the founders for 1 Million Cups Colorado Springs and the founder of Connect!
Colorado Springs.
Due to his past, Lawrence has a passion to help young people overcome poverty, violence, and low self-esteem by providing a path to jobs through education and financial literacy training. In Through this training, Lawrence is looking to empower those in underserved communities with technical and cognitive training that will give them the ability to see beyond their circumstances and take control of their lives.

Lawrence served in Desert Storm with the U.S. Army. He has a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Colorado Technical University. He also received leadership training from Leadership Pikes Peak Signature Program and Center for Creative Leadership Community Leadership Program. Lawrence is a huge fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes and the 2016 NBA Champions Cleveland Cavaliers.
