Rashida Hodge is Vice President, IBM Watson Embed and Strategic Partnerships. Watson is one of IBM’s most significant innovations in IBM’s history and represents a new era of information technology. The IBM Watson Group is charged with accelerating a new class of “cognitive” software, services and apps that will fuel a diverse cloud-based ecosystem of enterprises.

In her role, Rashida is responsible for the strategy, execution and deployment of IBM Watson with our key strategic partners and clients and is driving the strategic integration and embed of Watson in services, applications and products internally and externally. Rashida has consistently demonstrated strong client dedication, delivery leadership and global operational excellence throughout her career.

Prior to her current role, Rashida held numerous leadership roles where she was core to establishing sustainable business operations and end to end client and partner success in the IBM Global Systems and Services teams. Her relentless drive to succeed and win has led to significant referenceable client success and driven significant transformation of key business processes.

Rashida has a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering, from North Carolina State University and holds an MBA from Duke University. She is the founder of the NC State College of Engineering Foundation Real Hope for Next Gen Engineers Endowed Scholarship.
Rashida is originally from St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. She has a passion for mentoring and giving back to her community.
